You will hear the story of Dublin’s two canals and the race to reach the Shannon, legends of monsters living in the locks and the tragic voyage of the ‘45M’. Hands on activities demonstrate driving a barge, navigating a canal lock system and an interactive quiz testing your knowledge of Ireland’s waterways.
