  1. as usual we called for lunch when in town today, had a disaster by ordering the beefburger. this “dish” is not up to your usual high standards, awful anemic bun, cold relish on top of burger, no presentation what ever, easily the worst meal i ever had. i ate most of mine and wife s burger as i d been for hospital appointment and was starving, wife could nt face anything, most of her chips were darkish colour???
wine, water and coffee and service excellent, waitress very sympathetic etc, please remove this awful dish, i have been recommending friends who often stay at europa to use your restaurant for years but do not wish for any of them to have this meal.
